Registered Nurse - Vascular Surgery

Role Overview: This position is for a registered nurse specializing in perioperative care within the operating room, PACU, or related levels of care. The nurse provides direct patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, prioritizing patient safety, wellness, and quality outcomes. Precept and support new healthcare staff and students, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Participate in specialty training and competency validation through clinical education support. Contribute to a safe, efficient, and effective clinical environment, adhering to standards such as AORN and ABPANC. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program and valid RN licensure. Six months of OR nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program. Current BLS certification through recognized organizations. Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
