RN - Obstetrics Night Shift Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Obstetrics to join our team for full-time night shifts. This role involves comprehensive clinical assessments, prioritizing patient and family needs, and developing individualized nursing care plans that adapt to changing clinical outcomes.

Education

Must hold a valid RN license with relevant obstetrics nursing credentials preferred.

Experience

Experience in obstetrics nursing with strong clinical judgment and the ability to evaluate nursing practices and participate in quality improvement initiatives is essential.

Requirements

• Conduct thorough patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and educational needs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
