AI Solutions Engineer

This AI Solutions Engineer will have the opportunity to build enterprise-grade AI solutions from the ground up, creating intelligent agents, automations, and integrations that directly influence business operations, productivity, and innovation across the organization.

- Build custom AI agents and automation solutions that deliver measurable business value
- Partner directly with executive leadership and key stakeholders

- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows using approved AI platforms
- Develop API-driven integrations across AI, Microsoft, and enterprise systems
- Configure and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) server implementations
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify and deliver automation opportunities
- Manage AI solution delivery from intake through deployment and support
- Ensure governance, security, and compliance requirements are met across all solutions
- Evaluate new AI platforms and technologies for enterprise adoption
- Experience building and deploying AI agents or agentic workflows in production environments
- Background in legal technology, professional services, or another compliance-sensitive environment
- Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) server configuration and deployment
- Familiarity with ethical walls, conflict management systems, and matter-based security models
- Experience integrating large language model APIs and deploying enterprise AI platforms
- Exposure to legal practice management or billing system APIs within enterprise integrations
