Physical Education Teacher, Saint Eugene Elementary School, Primos, PA, Delaware County Teacher FullTime with another school/Permanent Position Overview Seeking an energetic and dedicated Physical Education Teacher to lead students in Grades Pre K–8 in developing physical fitness, coordination, and lifelong healthy habits. The ideal candidate will create a positive and structured environment that emphasizes teamwork, respect, and good sportsmanship in alignment with Catholic values. Responsibilities Teach physical education classes to students in Grades PreK–8 Develop and implement an engaging, age-appropriate PE curriculum Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship Teach fundamental motor skills, games, and fitness concepts Incorporate lessons on health, wellness, and personal responsibility Organize and supervise structured games and activities Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all students Coordinate school-wide events (Field Day, fitness challenges, etc.) Collaborate with faculty and support school initiatives Uphold and model Christian values in all interactions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Health, or related field Teaching certification (or eligibility) preferred Experience working with elementary‑aged students Strong classroom management and organizational skills Commitment to the mission of Catholic education Required Training and Checks Full FBI fingerprint, Child Abuse and Criminal Background checks will be required. Candidate will be required to complete the “Protecting God’s Children” training through the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
