Make a meaningful impact working with K-8 students as a dedicated paraprofessional in a contract position beginning as soon as possible and extending through June 2027. Desired Qualifications:

• Prior paraprofessional, classroom, or behavioral support experience preferred
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and staff in supporting students’ individual needs
• Comfortable working with children in kindergarten through 8th grade
• Patient, reliable, and committed to creating a positive learning environment
• Relevant certifications, credentials, or willingness to obtain as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in the classroom with instructional and non-instructional activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as assigned
• Support students with behavioral, social, or academic challenges
• Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Collaborate with educators and staff to promote student engagement

This position features a 30-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, and compensation between $22-$26 per hour with weekly pay. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a matching 401k, and a flexible spending account.
