LOCATION: Falmouth, Maine PRACTICE MODALITY: Large Private Practice (3+ Doctors) SCHEDULE: Full time (5 days) COMPENSATION: 160000. BENEFITS: • Retirement Plan (401K or SIMPLE IRA) • Health Benefits • PTO SPECIALTIES: • Primary Care • Speciality Contact Lens • Ocular Disease PRACTICE OVERVIEW & DETAILS: We offer a quarterly production bonus in addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, HSA, FSA, dependent care FSA, paid sick time, paid holidays, short and long term disability insurance, profit sharing, continuing education, and licensure reimbursement. We are a medical based practice and do not participate with vision plans, allowing our doctors to focus on providing comprehensive eye care. Our ideal candidate is a team oriented optometrist who is looking to build a long term career in private practice, provides exceptional patient care, and is motivated to grow with the practice. There is also an opportunity for future practice ownership.. SOURCING CHANNEL: ODs on Finance (50/50 Direct Placement Split)
