What would you do as a Med Tech

As a new Med Tech at Everbloom Memory Care in Salem, OR, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their medication administration according to individual care plans. You will also be expected to accurately document all medications administered and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff promptly. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families, ensuring a positive and caring environment at all times. In this role, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a compassionate approach to senior care are essential for success. What we're looking for in a Med Tech

• To excel as a Med Tech at Everbloom Memory Care in Salem, OR. Candidates should possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior caregiving experience, while preferred, is not mandatory as training will be provided.
• Candidates must also be at least 18 years of age, possess basic computer skills, and have the ability to effectively communicate in English through speaking, reading, and writing.
• Successful candidates will demonstrate empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
