Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!Location: Faribault, MN - In-OfficeYour Responsibilities:Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.Administers Human Resources transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.Trains management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.Provides recommendations regarding resolution of employee relations issues.Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.Maintains Affirmative Action Plan and ensures compliance with OFCCP regulations.Conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.Your Qualifications:Bachelors Degree In Human Resources or related6-8 years of experience in a Human Resources Management role4+ years of people leadershipProfessional in Human Resources (preferred)Your Benefits:Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance401K retirement plan with employer matchPaid time off and company paid holidaysPaid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local lawTuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous serviceWork visa sponsorship is not available for this positionThe typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $148,000 in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
