Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Provide high-acuity patient care, including managing STEMI, stroke, sepsis, and pediatric patients
• Manage vents and high flow respiratory needs independently
• Administer routine vasopressors, insulin, and sedation
• Maintain a staff-to-patient ratio predominantly at 4:1, adjusting as necessary during peak census

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications
• 2+ years of experience in both adult and pediatric emergency care
• Experience with the Epic system required
• TNCC certification preferred
