Inventory ClerkThe Inventory Clerk role is responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant processing of materials and documentation within the warehouse management system. This position supports inventory processes by maintaining records, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.• Follow all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and standard work procedures at all times• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inventory counts to company standards• Maintain and organize documentation, including filing and archiving of required records• Verify data accuracy and support inventory processes within assigned areas• Report all deviations, discrepancies, or damages immediately• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen activities• Maintain 5S standards within assigned work areas• Follow emergency procedures and protocols as required• Support inventory processes, including year-end inventory activitiesStrong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handlingBasic administrative and record-keeping skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and report buildingAbility to follow standardized processes and quality proceduresGood communication skillsPrevious experience in a quality, clerical, or warehouse environment preferredMust be able to pass a criminal background checkMust be able to pass a drug screeningWarehouse environment with moderate to high noise levelsFrequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 33 pounds as neededRequired use of Personal Protective Equipment while on the shop floorExposure to moving equipment and operational warehouse conditionsSchnellecke Logistics is a global, family-owned logistics provider with more than 80 years of experience supporting automotive and industrial supply chains.
