P-Speech Language Pathologist

Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year Job Type: Full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend rotation Facility: 155-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at our 155-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This is a full‑time position with a Monday‑Friday schedule and no weekend rotation. The SLP will be responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to our patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the presence and severity of speech, language, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and patient needs Provide direct therapy services to patients, including but not limited to articulation, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing therapy Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement effective treatment plans Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Document patient progress and maintain accurate records Educate patients, families, and caregivers on speech and language disorders and provide strategies for improving communication and swallowing abilities Participate in team meetings and provide input on patient care plans Stay current with advancements and changes in the field of speech-language pathology Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state license or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, preferably in a SNF setting Knowledge and experience in conducting evaluations and providing treatment for speech, language, and swallowing disorders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks Strong documentation and record‑keeping skills Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Benefits We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC
