We are a local manufacturer of low-volume custom products seeking highly skilled fabricators. Our company is growing, and we are looking for team members with strong work histories.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of fabricating experience
- High School Diploma or GED; 2-4 year degree or training preferred but not required
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Good math and problem-solving skills
- Highly mechanically inclined
- Welding experience (MiG preferred but not required)
- Ability to operate supporting equipment such as shears, drill press, cut-off saw, and various hand tools
- Work hours: 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with Saturdays if needed
- Punctual, dependable, and able to maintain good relationships with coworkers
- Open to instruction and eager to learn and advance
