Partner with executive leadership to build on our long-term success.Position ResponsibilitiesDirect Uline’s large-scale catalog and print marketing strategy, driving customer growth, retention and engagement across 45,000+ products.Shape integrated marketing across catalog, email and digital channels, using customer insights to reach the right audiences and strengthen customer relationships.Measure campaign performance and ROI, using data and response tracking to optimize marketing investments and identify opportunities for growth.Lead and develop directors and managers across marketing strategy, campaign execution, audience targeting and operations.Partner with executive leaders across Creative, Merchandising, Sales and Finance to align marketing initiatives and oversee $500M+ in annual investment.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree.
