Location: Nashville, TN (Travel Nationwide as Needed)

Position Overview

HailSolve is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Roof Project Manager
with 35 years of experience managing low- and no-slope roofing systems. This role will be responsible for overseeing roofing and exterior restoration projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This position is based in the Nashville area and requires regular travel to job sites to coordinate contractors, monitor progress, and interface with clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management
  • Oversee multiple commercial roofing projects simultaneously from pre-construction through closeout
  • Coordinate and manage third-party contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Estimating & Budgeting
  • Prepare accurate project estimates across various roofing systems and accessory scopes
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and margin targets are achieved
  • Review bids and negotiate pricing with vendors and subcontractors
• Technical Expertise
  • Manage projects involving low/no slope roofing systems, including:
    • Metal roofing systems
    • PVC and TPO membranes
    • Built-Up Roofing (BUR)
    • Ballasted roofing systems
  • Oversee accessory and related scopes, including:
    • Metal trim and coping
    • HVAC coordination
    • Overhead doors
    • Guttering and drainage systems
    • EIFS and exterior paint systems
• Client & Tenant Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consistent updates and reporting
  • Communicate professionally with on-site tenants to minimize disruption
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain detailed project documentation including schedules, budgets, change orders, and progress reports
  • Track project milestones and proactively address risks or delays

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in commercial roofing project management
• Strong working knowledge of low- and no-slope roofing systems (metal, PVC, TPO, BUR, ballasted)
• Experience managing accessory scopes (HVAC, coping, EIFS, gutters, etc.)
• Proven ability to estimate projects and build/manage budgets
• Experience coordinating and managing third-party vendors and subcontractors
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with commercial real estate portfolios or institutional owners
• Familiarity with insurance-related restoration projects, particularly hail damage
• Proficiency in project management and estimating software

Requirements

• Willingness to travel regularly to job sites up to 4 days per week across the United States
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and access rooftops safely
