You will collaborate with the wider Vault CRM PM team to ensure the core platform (AI agents, mobile offline capabilities, data architecture, and more) is evolved to meet the unique, complex requirements of Medical Device and Diagnostic companies. You will act as the subject matter expert and advocate, driving a dedicated roadmap that bridges the gap between general life sciences functionality and specialized medical technology workflows.What You'll DoDrive the MedTech Roadmap: Own the strategy and delivery of functionality specific to MedTech sales processesCollaborate Across Product Teams: Partner with the wider Vault CRM PM organization to incorporate and drive specific functionality into the core platform. You will ensure that the core capabilities are optimized for the MedTech commercial model.Industry Representation & Thought Leadership: Represent the product team at MedTech events. You will share our vision for the future of MedTech engagement and gather high-level market intelligence to inform our strategy.Requirement Synthesis: Translate the nuances of the MedTech sales processes into technical specifications.AI & Intelligent Orchestration: Partner with the AI PM team to build agents that help MedTech reps utilize CRM efficiently and effectively.Full Lifecycle Management: Work with UX, engineering, QA, services teams to guide features from initial concept and design to global release and customer adoption.RequirementsSoftware Product Management: 3+ years of PM experience at a software company, with a proven track record of owning and launching enterprise-grade SaaS products.Strategic Influence: Demonstrated ability to work across multiple product teams to influence roadmaps and drive shared goals in a complex, matrixed PM environment.Analytical Rigor: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a "show me the data" mindset to uncover the "why" behind customer needs.Technical Execution: Experience writing detailed requirement specifications, managing backlogs, and leading engineering teams in an agile environment.Communication: Superior ability to translate MedTech commercial "shop talk" into technical requirements for developers and executive-level visions for customers.Nice to HaveMedTech industry experienceExperience with conversational AI, recommendation engines, or large language models (LLMs)Experience with configurable enterprise SaaS solutions.Prior exposure to the Veeva Vault Platform.Background in software development or computer science.Interviewing with VeevaWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location.
