Job Duties:
- In a quick and timely manner, generate accurate cost estimates and quotes for customer and sales requests
- Maintain and update product pricing within our MIS system
- Analyze job specifications to determine materials, labor, and production requirements
- Communicate with customers and sales representatives via phone and email to clarify project specifications
- Collaborate with production and customer service teams to ensure estimate accuracy and feasibility
- Continuously improve estimating processes and workflows for efficiency and accuracy
- Involve the General Manager or Customer Service Manager when needed on complex quote
