We are looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Daphne, AL area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States. Responsibilities Responsibilities — Assistant Manager Support the Store Manager to ensure the retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Enforce established policies, procedures and standards. Schedule mechanics/technicians and manage outside orders. Ensure quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations, and maintain team safety. Responsibilities — Service Manager Assist customers with tire selections and recommend necessary under‑car repair services. Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, and stage vehicle repair/maintenance work. Drive sales initiatives, communicate with customers, assess needs, provide information regarding repairs and maintenance, and strive to meet customer expectations and satisfaction. To be eligible for the position of Automotive Assistant / Service Manager, you must: Be at least 18 years of age. Be legally authorized to work in the United States. Possess (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
