About the Role:
Join Sparkle Pools Inc as a Sales Clerk, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping clients find their perfect pool solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about sales and making a splash in the pool industry!
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information to enhance their buying experience.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote store initiatives.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
Participate in inventory management and restocking of products as needed.
Engage with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.
Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in the home improvement or pool industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash.
Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and a customer-first approach.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Proficient in using computers and point-of-sale systems.
