Growing together.The Senior Manager, Technical Product Management is responsible for defining and executing product strategy for enterprise-scale, data-driven platforms. This role operates at the intersection of business, technology, and advanced analytics, translating complex business problems into scalable product solutions that drive measurable outcomes.The ideal candidate will bring solid product leadership experience, with the ability to manage large, complex products in regulated environments such as the US Healthcare Payer domain. Experience with Data Science, AI/ML, or Generative AI-led products is highly desirable.Primary Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Vision Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap aligned to enterprise prioritiesTranslate business objectives into product initiatives with clear outcomes, KPIs, and success metricsIdentify opportunities through stakeholder engagement, market insights, and data-driven analysisEnterprise Product Delivery Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, prioritization, development, launch, and continuous improvementDrive execution across large-scale, complex product ecosystems involving multiple teams and platformsBalance trade-offs across business value, technical feasibility, and operational constraintsAI/ML & Data-Driven Product Leadership (Preferred) Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to build and scale AI/ML or GenAI-powered capabilitiesTranslate analytical models into usable product features and workflows that deliver business valueEnsure responsible, explainable, and scalable implementation of AI-driven solutionsLeverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasksEvaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovationStakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate across business, operations, engineering, data science, compliance, and design teamsInfluence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams on product priorities and outcomesAct as a thought leader and product evangelist across the organizationHealthcare & Payment Integrity Alignment (Preferred) Incorporate domain expertise in US Healthcare Payer systems, especially claims and Payment Integrity workflowsDrive product innovation that improves cost efficiency, claim accuracy, and operational effectivenessTeam Leadership & Talent Development Lead and mentor a team of product managers and analystsFoster a high-performance, collaborative product culture focused on outcomes and continuous improvementYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:8+ years of experience in product management or technical product leadership roles5+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale, complex product ecosystems2+ years of experience supporting payer or payment integrityExperience as a Product Manager supporting Data Science, Software applications, and / or AI projectsExperience in product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and modern product practicesExperience translating business needs into product requirements, roadmaps, and measurable outcomesExperience supporting distributed systems, data platforms, and modern application architecturesAbility to work onsite in Minneapolis, MNPreferred Qualifications:Experience working on Data Science, AI/ML, or Generative AI productsExperience in US Healthcare Payer domain, particularly: Claims lifecyclePayment Integrity / Cost containmentRisk adjustment or provider analyticsExperience working in highly regulated environmentsPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment.
