Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Operate and oversee scale systems to accurately weigh inbound and outbound materials* Verify tickets, shipping documents, and inventory data for accuracy and compliance* Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, customers, and internal partners at the scale* Monitor daily production and shipment activity, resolving discrepancies promptly* Maintain scale house records and support continuous improvement in safety and efficiency* Will be backup to QC Technician**What Are We Looking For*** Strong proficiency with computerized scale systems and data entry accuracy* Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and remain detail-focused in a fast-paced setting* Clear, professional communication skills with a customer-focused mindset* Solid understanding of safety practices and operational compliance* Reliability, accountability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team* Bilingual Spanish, preferred**Work Environment**This role is primarily based in a scale house environment and involves regular interaction with production personnel, drivers, and logistics partners.
