The Birch at Sutherland is hiring full-time and part-time team members to be a part of our Environmental Services Team .

Successful candidates will be cross trained in both laundry and housekeeping roles and some minimal maintenance duties.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning rooms, hallways, dining areas, etc to meet standards of cleanliness to promote optimal health of our residents.

   

• Perform laundry services for our residents ensuring personal clothing and linen are clean in returned timely.

   

• Effectively communicating with staff and residents, along with maintaining a positive attitude

   

• Maintaining composure in busy situations and complying with facility guidelines and state regulations

   

• Providing the highest quality of service possible to each of our residents, serving with kindness and compassion

   

Job Requirements:

• Great attitude, ability to work with a team

• Empathy toward residents 

• Previous Nursing home experience is a plus!
