Job Description:
The Sr. Salesforce Developer will support complex enterprise business processes through custom Salesforce development and system integrations, delivering a critical project deliverable for the client by December 2026.
Job Summary
Design and develop enterprise-grade Sales Cloud solutions including complex automation, custom Lightning Web Components, Apex triggers, batch processes, and flows
Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Lead technical implementations from requirements gathering through deployment using CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Document technical specifications, maintain code repositories, and contribute to knowledge base articles
Minimum Requirements:
5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with deep Sales Cloud expertise
Expert-level proficiency in Apex (triggers, classes, batch jobs, scheduled jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Visualforce
Experience with Experience Cloud development including custom components, portal configuration, and user authentication
Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and middleware technologies
Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices (Git, Gearset, or similar)
Active Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (minimum)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
Experience in higher education or large enterprise environments
