Physical Therapist Clinic Director

Lead a Team of Physical Therapists as the Clinic Director Based in Bremerton, Washington, you will lead a team of Physical Therapists delivering high‑quality patient care, exceeding expectations and fostering a learning environment for your staff. You will collaborate with regional leadership and contribute to the strategic growth of our clinic. Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of Physical Therapists. Ensure patient care is delivered promptly, with integrity, honesty and compassion. Promote professional development and continuous learning for team members. Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes. Collaborate with the Upstream Rehabilitation network on mentorship, residency, and leadership initiatives. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist with a degree from an accredited PT program. Experience leading or managing a clinical team. Strong desire for continued professional growth and educational training.
