Cardiac Cath Lab RN Opportunity

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Cardiac Cath Lab. The facility is recognized for its high standards and excellence in patient care. It is the area's only Atrial Fibrillation Certified hospital and was the first Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI. Our facility is also an Advanced Primary Stroke Center. The campus includes an acute care hospital, a mental health facility, and a comprehensive physical rehabilitation hospital. Our services encompass cardiology, oncology, neurology, orthopedics, emergency care, and many other medical specialties. The unit has 4 Cath Lab rooms and a holding area with a patient ratio of 1:1. The staffing includes RNs and support staff, ensuring a collaborative environment. Equipment used includes GE imaging and the documentation system is Merge Hemodynamics, Meditech EMR. The schedule consists of 4 ten-hour shifts with a requirement for on-call shifts and occasional weekend work. The unit performs a variety of procedures including LHC, RHC, coronary interventions, PPM insertion, and EP studies with ablation.
