Michigan Seamless Tube in South Lyon currently has manufacturing positions available. Most positions will be afternoon shift positions, but training will occur on the dayshift.  This is a steel mill environment (Hot in summer, cold in winter). Positions include Overhead Crane Operator, Draw Bench Operator, Utility and others.

What we expect: In order to be successful you must be highly safety conscience,  possess a High School Diploma or GED, be open on shift and available to work overtime, maintain excellent attendance.  MST maintains a Zero Tolerance plant, meaning no employees under the influence of drugs or alcohol in workplace.  Cell Phone use is not permitted on the plant floor due to safety concerns.  No smoking is allowed on facility grounds.  

What we offer:   Starting wage of $22.36/HR, with most positions earning $25.51/HR once fully qualified.  Shift Premiums for afternoon and midnight shift hours.  Comprehensive benefit plan with Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Pension, Life Insurance.  Annual Profit Sharing/Bonus Program.
