Apartment Maintenance Supervisor needed for 250 unit, Class A Community in Newnan, GA. Must have EPA and CPO Certifications and be on-call every other week. Ideal candidate must live 15 minutes from the property. On-site rent discount is available. Competitive pay plus full benefits package. Full background verification is required. EOE
