Overview:

Total Rehab Center is now hiring a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist Assistant for an Outpatient Orthopedic position in Somerset, Kentucky. New grad PTAs will be supported and mentored.

We're looking to hire a Physical Therapist Assistant with high personal integrity and a strong work ethic. No experience is required.

The Physical Therapist Assistant will join an experienced multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to treat a well-balanced mix of patients in a beautiful outpatient setting.

Work Schedule:
Full-time hours are available. Candidates looking for 3 days a week at 24 hours at a minimum for part-time will also be considered.

The schedule and hours can be flexible to meet your needs. The clinic is open from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. The option to work Saturday morning is available if desired. No weekends or major holidays are required. There is flexibility to create a schedule to best suit your lifestyle.

Caseload/Patient Population:

The caseload is primarily orthopedic with about 20% neuro. The PTA will see patients with a wide range of conditions, including post-operation, sports, and prevention screening for chronic pain, for patients of all ages.

Within this position, you will work autonomously, within a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

The PTA role will pay in the range of $21 to $25 per hour.

There is a potential to earn additional compensation based on performance bonuses.

This position includes a comprehensive benefits package. Total Rehab Center offers a 401k with 3% company match for retirement. This position includes a Health Stipend. Vacation Time / Paid Time Off is included. Also, a CEU budget is available for continued learning.

Job Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant college program.

• Eligible for Kentucky state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

• We're looking for a team player with a passion for rehab. We are an exercise-based clinic.
