We accelerate the growth of more impactful work and the evolution of Slalom.What You’ll Do* Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Finance Executives, and business leaders on finance strategy, operating model design, and transformation initiatives.* Lead assessments of finance organizations to identify opportunities for process improvement, organizational effectiveness, and value creation.* Develop finance transformation roadmaps aligned to business strategy and growth objectives.* Advise clients on FP&A maturity, performance management frameworks, and decision-support capabilities.* Support business case development and executive-level investment decisions.* Lead finance technology strategy and implementation efforts involving:* Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)* Corporate Performance Management (CPM)* ERP modernization initiatives* Planning and forecasting platforms* Analytics and reporting solutions* Partner with technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.* Guide clients through system selection, implementation, and change adoption activities.About UsSlalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. We also offer yearly $350 reimbursement account for any well-being-related expenses, as well as discounted home, auto, and pet insurance.Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for Senior Principal in Silicon Valley and San Francisco is $211,000 to $290,000. And for Boston, LA, White Plains, New Jersey, New York City, Seattle, San Diego, Orange County, and Washington DC the range is $193,000 - $250,000. And for all other locations the range is $177,000 - $221,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
