Restaurant Manager Salary $45,000 to $60,000 depending on experience Position Overview As a Bolay Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring all aspects of the business are executed to perfection. You will play a key role in driving the restaurant’s success, focusing on performance, cleanliness, guest relationships, and team member development. What it Takes Neat Appearance with an Outgoing, Friendly Personality, Team Player & “Can Do” Attitude Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment Great Communication and writing skills Relationships over transactions - Focus on the experience and creating lifelong relationships. Connect with people.
