Leveraging lived experience and recovery-oriented principles, this roleis responsible forbuilding therapeutic rapport, promoting engagement in treatment, and modeling healthy recovery behaviors.TheRRS Isupportsthe multidisciplinary care team by reinforcing treatment plans,assistingwith patient needs, andfacilitatingcommunication between patients, families, and clinical staff. This position requires a strong understanding of the disease model of addiction, relapse prevention strategies, and the ability to effectively manage and de-escalate emotionally charged situations. Why Join Our Team Competitive pay with opportunities for growth Flexible scheduling options Supportive leadership and team-oriented culture Meaningful role with directpatientimpact Training and advancement opportunities within healthcare operations Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain supportive, professional relationships with patients throughout the treatment continuum Provide encouragement, accountability, and recovery-based guidance using lived experience when appropriate Support patients in adhering to individualized treatment plans Assist in de-escalating crisis situations using appropriate intervention techniques Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and the clinical team to ensure clear, consistent communication Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support coordinated, patient-centered care Assist case management with discharge planning and continuity of care efforts Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding expectations, program structure, and treatment progression Respond to incoming inquiries (calls, emails) related to admissions ina timelyand professional manner Provide accurate information to prospective patients and families regarding services, expectations, and next steps Support the admissions workflow by identifying opportunities to improve responsiveness, efficiency, and conversion outcomes Maintain current knowledge of all Redstone program offerings and services Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation of patient interactions and follow-up activities Conduct post-discharge follow-up and document outcomes to support continuity and recovery tracking Ensure all documentation meets organizational and regulatory standards Assist with basic patient care needs as appropriate within scope Prepare and serve meals and supplemental nourishment in accordance with dietary and safety guidelines Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients Address patient and family concerns in a professional and empathetic manner Escalate issues as appropriate to leadership or clinical staff Promote a positive patient experience aligned with organizational standards Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and adherence to organizational policies Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and applicable regulations Participate in ongoing training and development related to behavioral health and recovery support Qualifications Education High School diploma orequivalent. Licenses/Certification Basic Life Support (BLS) Food Handler Certification Experience Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders preferred Working knowledge of behavioral health conditions and addiction recovery principles Demonstrated ability to manage high-stress and emotionally complex situations Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to apply basic behavioral health and recovery support techniques Proficiencyin basic computer applications (Email, Microsoft Word, Excel) #J-18808-Ljbffr FAMILY HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY
