Pay : $19 - $23 per hour (weekly pay)
Schedule : 1ST, 2ND, 3RD SHIFT
Must be bilingual(Spanish & English) and have no scheduling restrictions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support up to 150+ employees in a warehouse.
- Manage payroll and ensure accurate timecard reporting.
- Address personnel issues quickly and effectively.
- Conduct regular safety and communication meetings with clients.
- Oversee employee attendance and performance.
- Ensure a safe working environment through training and safety checks.
- Maintain accurate customer and employee records.
- Customize training and retention programs.
Additional Duties:
- Assist with Workers' Compensation claims.
- Conduct accident investigations and safety audits.
- Operate warehouse machinery like Electric Pallet Jacks, Reach Trucks, and Forklifts.
