Diesel Service Apprentice / Mechanic

Job Overview & Essential Functions Murphy‑Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. We have an opening for a Diesel Service Apprentice / Mechanic. The role performs light maintenance work under close supervision and is the first stage of training for Service Technician status. Perform maintenance work (preventive maintenance, pre‑delivery inspections, light electrical repairs, etc.) under supervision. Assist Service Technician with heavy‑duty truck repair. Attend training sessions to gain knowledge and experience. Maintain a neat and orderly work area and properly handle company tools. Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor. Safety‑Sensitive This position is safety‑sensitive. Performing the position while under the influence of marijuana or any other illegal drug may constitute a threat to health or safety.
