Recruiting Manager

All Weather Seal of West Michigan is a leading, family-owned home improvement company specializing in Windows, Baths, and Metal Roofing. As we continue to grow across West and Northern Michigan, we are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead and develop our recruiting department. The Recruiting Manager will oversee the day-to-day recruiting operation, manage recruiting performance, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure we consistently attract, hire, and retain high-quality talent across our Sales, Production, Skilled Trades, and Support teams. This is a hands‑on leadership position for someone who can lead recruiters, drive accountability, build recruiting systems, and produce results. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and manage the recruiting team Set daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting goals and expectations Monitor recruiting activity, hiring numbers, interview volume, and retention Develop strategies to consistently generate qualified candidates Oversee recruiting for Sales Representatives, Install Crews, Measure Technicians, Warehouse, and other company positions Help recruiters improve sourcing, interviewing, follow-up, and closing techniques Review recruiting numbers and hold team members accountable to performance Work closely with department leaders to understand current and upcoming hiring needs Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for both immediate and future openings Conduct interviews and assist with hiring decisions when needed Oversee onboarding and ensure new hires complete all required documentation Develop and improve recruiting processes, scripts, systems, and workflows Identify recruiting challenges and implement solutions Provide regular recruiting reports and updates to company leadership Help establish retention benchmarks and track new-hire performance Maintain strong candidate experience and represent the company professionally throughout the hiring process What We're Looking For 2+ years of recruiting, hiring, sales management, or leadership experience Proven ability to lead and hold a team accountable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable making and coaching others on outbound calls Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities Strong follow-up and attention to detail Results‑oriented and motivated by measurable goals Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing organization Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership and department managers Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills Preferred Experience Recruiting management or team leadership experience High‑volume recruiting experience Sales recruiting experience Skilled trades or construction recruiting experience Experience recruiting subcontractor crews Experience using ATS, CRM, or recruiting software Experience creating recruiting metrics and performance reports Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + performance bonuses Target annual earnings: $65,000–$80,000+ Performance‑based compensation tied to recruiting results and team performance Paid holidays Paid vacation Health benefits 401(k) with company match Leadership development and advancement opportunities What Success Looks Like Within your first 90 days, you will: Establish clear expectations and accountability across the recruiting department Improve recruiting activity and candidate flow Build consistent pipelines for critical positions Develop and coach recruiters to improve their individual performance Create reliable recruiting reports and performance tracking Reduce emergency hiring needs through proactive recruiting Improve the quality and retention of new hires Build strong relationships with department leaders Operate as a recruiting leader who can independently manage the department and drive results If you're a competitive, organized leader who enjoys building teams, creating accountability, and helping a growing company find great people, we'd like to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
