Day‑to‑Day Duties

• Assist senior engineers with the design and implementation of process upgrades.
• Collect, analyze, and report production data to uncover efficiency opportunities.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and project status reports.
• Troubleshoot process equipment and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support regulatory compliance.
• Provide on‑site support during pilot runs, scale‑up, and full‑scale production.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Must‑Haves (Essential Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in process engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency with process simulation tools (e.g., ASPEN, HYSYS) and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations applicable to manufacturing.

Nice‑to‑Haves (Desired Experience)

• Hands‑on experience with pilot‑plant equipment and scale‑up processes.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Experience conducting data‑driven decision making and statistical analysis.
• Exposure to quality assurance standards such as GMP, ISO, or similar.
