Project Manager

The business analysis and project manager role will own the productivity program for service. This role serves as both project manager and program manager and aims to deliver $10M of productivity gains over two years, globally. The incumbent will manage digital and process (non‑digital) productivity projects, create a multi‑year pipeline with an MVP and subsequent enhancements, and run the TMO process for project management and governance. The role requires frequent collaboration with the commercial team, building change adoption plans, and presenting results to executives monthly. The position will conclude once the digital projects are complete. Responsibilities Develop the service productivity strategy, integrating digital and process improvements. Manage 2–3 projects simultaneously in accordance with the TMO standard operating procedure. Lead cross‑functional project teams that design and execute productivity initiatives. Articulate and align roles and responsibilities at project launch and guide teams in building clear problem statements and iterating them with sponsors. Place projects in the AOP at the region and business unit level. Establish relationships with the digital team, equipment team, and other enablers on a monthly cadence. Build project business cases, generate hypotheses, test them quickly, and scale successful initiatives. Generate targets, share variance reporting with FP&A, and align targets with P&L leaders prior to AOP. Run TMO gate review process, prepare gating artifacts and templates, and prepare the project team to present at gate reviews. Track project results with HUB and FP&A and build a change‑management structure to lead the organization through change. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Experience in process improvement and productivity initiatives. Background leading institutional, consumer, industrial, or NCH services. Critical thinking skills: ability to decompose complex problems into discrete, achievable projects; generate and test hypotheses rapidly; prioritize on vital few projects; and adapt quickly to changing conditions. Strong organizational skills: stewardship of project team time, creation of meeting agendas and pre‑work, facilitation of discussion-driven meetings, and management of clear action items with owners and deadlines. The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,530.00 and $137,181.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
