Vascular Surgeon Opportunity

Our organization is currently looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible vascular surgeon to join our esteemed Vascular Surgery Department. Located in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, we offer a comprehensive range of vascular and endovascular services alongside a team of experienced surgeons.

As part of our team, you will benefit from working in an IAC accredited vascular lab, supported by a specialty-trained Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurses with vascular certification, and a highly skilled support staff. We take pride in being the only IAC Vein Center of Excellence in Minnesota.

Collaboration with hospital and clinic leadership is key to delivering exceptional patient and family-centered care. You will join a respectful and supportive team that is dedicated to our mission of improving health outcomes for our patients, members, and the community.

• Provide a full spectrum of vascular and endovascular services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development.

The pay range for this position is competitive and will be determined based on the role's requirements, education, experience, skills, and internal equity. After the initial salary guarantee period, compensation will shift to a model based on work RVU productivity.
