About the Role:
Ale Emporium Greenwood is looking for a friendly and energetic AM Host to be the first face guests see when they walk through our doors! If you love creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner
Manage waitlists and reservations to ensure smooth seating flow during morning and lunch service
Communicate wait times accurately and keep guests informed
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to monitor table availability and turnover
Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
Answer incoming phone calls and assist with to-go order inquiries
Provide menus and assist guests with any initial questions or needs

Requirements:

Prior hosting, customer service, or front-of-house restaurant experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
Positive, outgoing attitude with a guest-first mindset
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Availability for AM shifts, including weekends and holidays, Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm
