In this role, you will coordinate project activities, maintain project documentation, and support the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to customer expectations. You will partner with experienced Project Managers, internal Consultants, and external clients while developing the skills needed to manage increasingly complex engagements.What you'll do:Coordinate project activities across analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation phases to support delivery against scope, quality, cost, timing, and business objectivesBuild and maintain productive relationships with internal team members and clientsMaintain project plans, schedules, action items, risks, issues, decisions, and status updatesTrack project budgets, hours, milestones, and deliverables; escalete variances or concerns to PMO leadershipSupport client and internal meetings by preparing agendas, documenting decisions, and following up on assigned actionsEnsure consistent use of Mosaic's project management tools, processes, templates, and methodologiesIdentify project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes; communicate them promptly and support timely resolutionTake ownership of smaller or lower-complexity projects as experience and proficiency growsHow you'll be measured:Maintaining accurate and current project plans, documentation, budgets, forecasts, and status informationCompleting assigned project activities on time and escalating risks, issues, and dependencies promptlySupporting projects that meet defined scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectationsDemonstrating clear communication, responsiveness, organization, follow-through, and sound judgmentShowing measurable growth in project ownership, client interaction, financial awareness, and application of Mosaic's project management standardsWhat we offer you:Hands-on experience supporting HCM and WFM implementation projects with coaching from experienced project leadersA defined opportunity to build project management, client-facing, and financial management skills while taking on increasing responsibilityAn award-winning company culture in a flexible, remote environmentA competitive base salary of $100,000-$130,000 with bonus potentialComprehensive benefits, perks and PTO packageWhat makes you successful:Need to have:1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, implementation, consulting, professional services, or a related client-facing environmentWorking knowledge of project management fundamentals, including schedules, risks, issues, action items, scope, budgets, and status reportingStrong organization, communication, attention to detail, and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and escalete concerns appropriatelyComfort working with project data, budgets, spreadsheets, collaboration tools, and status reportingAbility to work fully remote and travel as needed for client workNice to have:A completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited universityCAPM certification or progress toward a project management certificationExperience supporting HCM, WFM, HR technology, SaaS, or enterprise software implementationsExperience working with UKG productsEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor.J-18808-Ljbffr
