The Territory Supervisor will oversee our team of part-time and full-time employees in each location, offer support to location managers on daily basis - Total number of locations : 6
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Visit each location and make sure the location is Clean , Organized , Sales associates and managers in Uniform.
- Search for new employees ( Managers & Sales Associates )
- Train new employees as per the company's Training Material & Guidelines
- Motivate all team members to deliver friendly, efficient and effective customer service
- Reinforce all safety and compliance procedures
- Ensure top notch customer service through effective employee training and scheduling
- Review and maintain inventory procedures
- Develop and manage proper stocking and inventory procedures with location managers
- Oversee the schedule in each location
