Your future role at a glance Location: Baltimore, MD Facility: Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital Department: Float Schedule: Night shift l Full-time Salary range: $38.60 - $55.16 per hour Sign-on bonus : $10,000.00 How you'll make an impact in this role Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, ensuring every action aligns with the highest safety standards and organizational excellence. Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure patient care is seamless, holistic, and focused on the best possible clinical outcomes. Monitor and interpret patient conditions in real-time, acting as the vital link between the patient and the medical team through proactive communication and precise documentation. Advocate for the patient’s journey by initiating and managing comprehensive discharge plans, ensuring a safe and successful transition from hospital to home. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American HeartAssociation or American Red Cross accepted required. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date required. Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted preferred. Pediatric Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted preferred. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time ofhire What additional requirements you'll need Minimum 1 year acute care RN experience required.
