Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in appliance production, is seeking a dedicated Assembly Worker to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, strong dexterity, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay Range: $17.00-$17.80/hour

Shift: 1st: 6:00AM to 2:30PM 2nd: 3:00pm to 11:30pm

What's the Job?

• Ensure the timely delivery of components and finished units to meet production schedules.
• Read and interpret work instructions, product drawings, and special handling sheets (SHS).
• Use manual and power tools, along with measuring devices, to assemble appliances and perform functional tests.
• Inspect finished products for quality, identify defects, and manage non-conforming materials appropriately.
• Support a safe and organized work environment through adherence to best practices in material handling.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of assembly experience in a manufacturing or HVAC environment.
• Strong understanding of assembly tools, processes, and work instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret product drawings, standard work, and job travelers.
• Strong dexterity required
