The primary role and responsibility would include providing hands‑on assistance, instruction and guidance, while supporting people as they work to reach their goals and fullest potential. Work Schedule: Varies with the hours being between 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Pay Rate: $18-$19 per hour Location: Syracuse, NY Qualifications Must be 21 years old. Possess a valid NYS driver's license with 4 points or less. Use of personal vehicle required. Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred. NYS background checks required.
