Your Mission:

• Spearhead efforts to grow our hygiene department to $1 million+ in production
• Optimize patient retention strategies to improve recurring appointment adherence
• Develop enhanced preventative care services and oral health education campaigns
• Provide exceptional chairside care utilizing advanced periodontal therapy techniques

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years' dental hygienist experience with a proven record of excellence
• Passion for advancing the preventative care model
• Exceptional patient communication skills to increase case acceptance
• Commitment to continuous learning of new technologies
• Current licensing, certifications, and regulatory compliance expertise

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $60 - $68 per hour ($124,800 - $141,440 annual equivalent)
• Production Bonuses: 4% scale bonus on whole office collections
