Senior Dental Hygienist Opportunity
Is advancing the preventative care model your passion? Our thriving dental practice is seeking an experienced Senior Dental Hygienist to drive growth by optimize patient retention, expand our preventative services, and elevate our standard of care.
Your Mission:
- Spearhead efforts to grow our hygiene department to $1 million+ in production
- Optimize patient retention strategies to improve recurring appointment adherence
- Develop enhanced preventative care services and oral health education campaigns
- Provide exceptional chairside care utilizing advanced periodontal therapy techniques
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years' dental hygienist experience with a proven record of excellence
- Passion for advancing the preventative care model
- Exceptional patient communication skills to increase case acceptance
- Commitment to continuous learning of new technologies
- Current licensing, certifications, and regulatory compliance expertise
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $60 - $68 per hour ($124,800 - $141,440 annual equivalent)
- Production Bonuses: 4% scale bonus on whole office collections
