We’re looking for an energetic and talented Regional Sales Manager to join us—as we continue to extend our reach in the K–12 educational space. In this role,you’llcultivate new and existing relationships with school districts and educational programs—serving our devoted customer base in the early childhood and educational markets, while also exploring new market segments like middle schools and high schools. In return,you’llbe generously rewarded for yoursuccesses. In addition to asuper-competitivebase salary, there is no cap on commissions at Lakeshore. That means the more you sell, the more you earn. Asa highly successfuland stable company with more than 65 years ofexperience, we also have a sales support team to help with initiatives in your market, plus a top-notch Marketing team that provides tools and resources to get the job done. To excel in this position, you shouldpossessa strategic, outcome-oriented mindset, a dynamicpersonalityand outstanding people skills.

• Securing new and repeat business by building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, responsible for a designated geographical area (in some cases, multiple states)
• Partneringwith internal sales resources to support needs and increase business
• Consistently callingon, building, andmaintainingrelationships with customers within assigned territory
• Collaborating with your RVP/RD to build, adjust, and drive sales strategies
• Targetingkey customers and begin to assess and uncover customer needs
• Communicatingrespectfully, effectively, concisely, and with clarity to all inside partnersin regular meetings with a variety of internal HQ departments and sales channels to streamline communication, build relationships, and increase sales.
• Participating in local,stateand national conferences to promote the Lakeshore brand

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience and proven entrepreneurialknow-how
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Solid presentation skills and ability to speak to customer needs at all levels
• Strong work ethic, team playermentalityand ability to perform outstanding work from home
• Candidates should ideally reside in Oregon, and have the ability to travel within the territory as needed, including overnight stays 1-2 times per week and approximately 50% travel
• ProficiencywithMicrosoftOffice SuiteandCRM Platforms
• Strongwritten and verbal communication skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Great attention to detail
