Regional Field Sales Coach & Training Leader
Champions Group Holdings
Champions Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Trainer/Coach to elevate our field sales team across the region. You will partner with local sales managers, ride along on calls, model winning behaviors, deliver training, and ensure high execution standards to drive measurable results. Based in Seattle, this role requires extensive travel (more than 60%). You will develop curriculum, conduct classroom sessions, provide on-site coaching, and mentor managers on coaching techniques to sustain #J-18808-Ljbffr Champions Group Holdings
