Location: Daytona Beach, Florida 32124

Duration: 5+ Months Onsite

Schedule: (About 34 hours per week, no overtime) | Monday thru Thursday 9AM-5PM | Friday 9AM – 1PM

Pay Rate:$20.74/hr on W2

Job description and requirements: Inside Sales Associate, Marketing

The Inside Sales Associate supports marketing efforts by conducting outbound calls to Manheim buyers. This role focuses on buyer awareness, customer feedback, win-back campaigns, sales invitations, and reactivating inactive accounts. The associate serves as a key relationship builder, creating meaningful conversations that help buyers stay informed, engaged, and connected to Manheim's sales events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to current, inactive, and prospective buyers to promote upcoming sales and auction events.
• Execute buyer awareness, win-back, and customer feedback campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers through personalized and value-driven conversations.
• Gather customer insights, feedback, and market data to support sales and marketing strategies.
• Track call activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Auction Operations teams to support client growth and retention initiatives.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by delivering a positive and professional customer experience during every interaction.

Job Requirements:

• We welcome candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for building relationships.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and maintaining professional conversations.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, sales, retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles is preferred but not required.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish)
