Travel Physical Therapist

Job Summary We are seeking a Physical Therapist for Outpatient Ortho Land and Aquatic Therapy. The role involves meeting 8-10 patients daily, assessing and developing customized therapy plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining comprehensive patient records. Responsibilities Meet with patients from diverse backgrounds and discuss their health concerns and therapy needs. Conduct evaluations to determine each patient's starting point. Create individualized therapy plans to help patients meet mobility goals. Collaborate with the patient’s care team to coordinate follow‑up care. Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy and progress. Qualifications Must hold the required state license for physical therapy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to remain positive and compassionate over prolonged periods with patients.
