Customer Ops Lead — Onboarding & Live Accounts (Equity)

Cytronic

Cytronic is a VC-backed, early-stage 3PL building an automated fulfillment network. This role owns onboarding for every new brand, including kickoff, discovery, catalog and integration, and packaging SOP review, ensuring the first inbound receipt goes smoothly. From launch onward you manage the live account, resolve issues with warehouse and engineering, and document processes so the function scales with new sites.
