This role focuses on supporting high-value commercial and technology transactions, specifically enabling the growth of the CXone Mpower platform through the negotiation of complex SaaS and strategic partnership agreements. Key Eligibility Criteria Education: Juris Doctor (JD) with strong academic credentials. Licensing: Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Experience: 8 to 10+ years of legal experience, with significant expertise in SaaS, cloud computing, and enterprise software transactions (vendor-side). In-House: Prior in-house legal experience in a commercial or technology-driven environment is required. Responsibilities & Scope of Work Lead complex commercial and technology transactions across sales, product, and procurement. Provide guidance on U.S. and international data protection, cybersecurity, and IP law. Develop and scale legal operations, including playbooks, templates, and contracting processes. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align legal strategy with business objectives. Negotiate inbound procurement and vendor agreements.
