Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek) Location: Franklin, WI, 53132 Requisition Number: 226279 Job Description Cintas seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and serve and sell within an existing customer base. The role is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and build rapport with key decision makers Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely Comply with driving and vehicle regulations Compensation & Schedule Solid base salary and commission potential after route assignment Mostly a 4‑day workweek Mostly no nights or weekends Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives 10‑week training program Skills & Qualifications Have an active driver’s license, be at least 21 years old, obtain a DOT medical certification, and provide documentation of prior employment (DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.)
